Quality and artwork
We aim to ensure the highest quality print on all our products. Any defective items may be subject to a free exchange.
All artworks on this website are digitally designed by rizviArts and are the intellectual property of rizviArts. Some artwork may contain free-to-use calligraphy and imagery from other artists.
Refunds and returns
We do not offer any refunds. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To return any item, please email [email protected] explaining what the issue is. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or to exchange sizes. All returns must be sent to address provided on packaging.
